Daily Meta Ads account check
A short routine to run on every account each morning so problems are caught the same day. Copy it or download it. Nothing is sent or saved.

Plain text, so it pastes into any document, email or project tool. Nothing you copy is sent or stored.
How to use it
- Run the same five steps on every account so nothing depends on memory.
- Spend a fixed few minutes. If a check needs more, log it under Investigate and move on.
- Log every change. A later review is only possible if you know what changed and when.
Copy one block per account per day, or turn the steps into a recurring task in your project tool. The time limits are a guide, not a rule.
Common questions
Is a daily check really needed?
For accounts with meaningful spend, yes. Problems such as a rejected ad or a payment issue cost money every day they go unnoticed.
Why not change things daily?
Daily results are noisy and edits can reset learning. Check daily, change only when there is a clear cause.
Can this be automated?
Parts of it can. Cofoundr runs a morning review across all connected accounts. The checklist works without any tool.
