The interesting part was not just the result.

It was how the account was managed.

The agency managing this account did not need to open Meta Ads Manager every morning to find out what was happening. Cofoundr was already monitoring the account.

01

The customer

D2C fashion brand based in the UAE. The client identity has been withheld at their request. The account was managed by a performance marketing agency using Cofoundr as their primary operating layer.

02

The challenge

Managing the account required constant monitoring and manual platform work. The traditional workflow meant opening Meta Ads Manager, checking campaigns, looking for problems, analysing changes, deciding what to do, making changes, then preparing reports.

That cycle repeated daily. For every account.

03

How they used Cofoundr

Daily intelligence at 9 AM

Every morning, automated alerts were sent to the operator's email. The alerts highlighted:

CPA increasing
Frequency getting too high
CTR dropping
What was working
What was not working
Performance changes needing attention

So instead of starting the day by checking the account, the operator started with: what actually needs my attention?

The account was also protected by Cofoundr's Autopilot rules. Automated guardrails monitored for frequency spikes, CTR drops, and ROAS thresholds around the clock.

When something did not make sense, they asked Hadya

Not every alert requires an action. Sometimes the important question is simply: why is this happening?

The operator could ask Hadya directly inside Cofoundr. If performance changed or an account metric raised a question, the operator could ask Hadya to investigate.

If the explanation made sense, leave it alone. If something actually needed attention, take action.

"Whenever the operator had a doubt, they asked Hadya why something was happening. This created a much more deliberate optimisation workflow."

Instead of changing campaigns simply because a number moved, the operator could first understand what was happening.

05

Then came the bigger shift: Claude + Cofoundr MCP

Cofoundr was not only being used for monitoring. The live Meta account was connected through Cofoundr MCP, allowing the operator to work with the advertising account through Claude.

That meant campaign work could move from thinking about the campaign to building and managing the campaign, without repeatedly navigating Meta Ads Manager.

Cofoundr's MCP currently supports 82 Meta actions, including reading account data, managing campaigns, budgets, audiences, creatives and other advertising operations.

06

Reporting was automated too

The account was not just monitored automatically. The client reporting workflow was also scheduled.

Every morning at 9 AM, the operator received automated account alerts.

Every Monday at 9 AM, a detailed performance report was automatically sent to the agency operator and the client.

Reporting did not require someone to remember "I need to prepare this week's client report." It was already part of the operating workflow.

Cofoundr supports scheduled weekly reports with account data, comparisons, and AI-written reporting narratives.

07

The business results

Over the documented period, Shopify showed:

MetricResult
Gross salesAED 19,410.23
Total salesAED 15,882.04
Orders60
Average order valueAED 303.69
Total sales growth+580%
Gross sales growth+415%
Order growth+567%
Blended ROAS3.4x

Why are gross sales and total sales different?

Shopify reports both. Gross sales: AED 19,410.23. Total sales: AED 15,882.04. Total sales reflects adjustments shown in Shopify, including discounts and sales reversals. Both figures are shown rather than presenting one number without context.

What happened inside the advertising account?

The work was not simply about launching campaigns and waiting for results. The account went through ongoing optimisation around:

Audience strategy
Retargeting
Creative testing
Budget allocation
Learning limitations
Creative fatigue
Conversion optimisation
Product selection

The broader growth analysis also identified that the advertising was already producing high-intent traffic, while a large amount of potential revenue was being lost after the click. The documented analysis found 74 add-to-carts from 1,267 sessions and a significant drop-off between site visits and completed orders.

This led to a broader growth strategy covering customer lifecycle automation, website conversion improvements and multi-channel recovery rather than simply increasing ad spend.

08

The operational result

~95%
of day-to-day campaign management was handled without regularly opening Meta Ads Manager, according to the operator's workflow during this period.

The system handled the first layer of monitoring. The operator handled judgement. Hadya helped answer questions. Claude + Cofoundr MCP helped execute campaign work. And automated reporting kept the client informed.

This is what an agency operating system should look like

Advertising platforms are built to help you run campaigns. But agencies have a different problem. They have to manage multiple accounts, multiple clients, multiple campaigns, performance changes, team decisions, reporting, repetitive work, and client communication.

Cofoundr is being built to operate the layer around all of that.

See what needs attention. Understand why. Decide what to do. Act. Report.

Without making the agency spend its entire day inside advertising platforms.

This is a real Cofoundr customer workflow

This is not a demo account. This is not a hypothetical AI workflow. It is a live advertising account with real spend, real campaigns, real monitoring and real client reporting.

The client identity has been anonymised. The Shopify dashboard evidence is shown with the brand name removed. And we are documenting what happens as more agencies use Cofoundr.

More real accounts. More real proof.

This is Case Study #1. More examples of how agencies are using Cofoundr will be published across different advertising workflows.
