How to connect Claude to Meta Ads
- Connect Meta to Cofoundr. Sign in at app.gocofoundr.com with your Meta account and select the ad accounts you want to use. You get 50 free credits for 7 days, no card, with MCP included.
- Add Cofoundr as a connector in Claude. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector (custom connectors are available on some Claude plans, and menu names change, so check Claude's own help if it looks different).
- Enter the server URL. Paste https://app.gocofoundr.com/mcp and sign in with your Cofoundr account when Claude asks. Approve access.
- Ask Claude about your accounts. Start with a read-only question. Once you are comfortable, ask for changes such as pausing a campaign.
Prefer a token? In Cofoundr Settings, create a token for specific ad accounts, read-only or read and write, and use it in any MCP client that accepts a bearer token.

Common questions
Is MCP included in my Cofoundr plan?

Can Claude change my ads?
Only if you allow it. Reads are free and unlimited. Each write action (pause, budget change, new campaign) uses 1 credit from your pool. Tokens can be limited to the ad accounts you choose, set to read-only, and revoked at any time from Settings.
Which Meta accounts can Claude see?
Only the ad accounts you connect to Cofoundr and allow for the token or connection. It cannot see accounts outside that scope.
Does it work with other AI tools?
Yes. Any tool that supports the Model Context Protocol can connect to the same endpoint, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Windsurf.
